Distance Sales & Refund Policy – Insta Boost Hub

ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT AND THE PARTIES

1.1. This contract outlines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale of digital products and services by the Consumer from www.instaboosthub.com (hereinafter referred to as WEBSITE), which is operated by Insta Boost Hub (hereinafter referred to as SELLER).

1.2. The Consumer declares that they have been informed of the product details, service description, pricing, delivery terms, and their right of withdrawal before completing an order, and confirms this electronically.

1.3. Consumer Information

ARTICLE 2 – DATE OF CONTRACT

2.1. This agreement is considered concluded on the date the Consumer completes their order through the WEBSITE. A copy of this agreement is sent to the Consumer’s registered email address.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO CONTRACT

3.1. Details of the purchased products/services, including pricing (VAT included), are listed in the order summary and invoice.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

4.1. All Insta Boost Hub services are delivered digitally, typically within minutes to 48 hours depending on the package.

4.2. If service fulfillment becomes impossible (e.g., due to system failure or restrictions beyond our control), the SELLER will notify the Consumer within 3 business days and issue a refund within 14 days.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT METHOD

5.1. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Insta Boost Hub does not store any financial data (credit card or banking information).

ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The Consumer acknowledges that they have read all pre-contractual information and agrees to the terms outlined.

6.2. The SELLER is obligated to provide the purchased digital service in accordance with the description on the WEBSITE.

6.3. If service delivery is impossible, the SELLER may provide an equivalent service or refund the Consumer.

ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY TIMELINE

7.1. Digital services are generally delivered within 0–48 hours after purchase. Delays may occur due to technical or platform-related issues, and in such cases, the Consumer will be notified.

ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

8.1. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right: Since Insta Boost Hub provides digital, non-tangible services that are delivered instantly or within a short time, the Consumer agrees that the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the order has been processed.

8.2. Withdrawal rights also do not apply to:

  • Services that have already been delivered in part or full

  • Customized orders prepared specifically for the Consumer

  • Services that are instantly fulfilled in the digital environment

ARTICLE 9 – REFUND POLICY

No Refund Conditions:

  • Services are non-refundable once delivery has started or been completed, even if incorrect information (username, profile link, etc.) was provided by the Consumer.

  • Refunds are not provided if Instagram removes/deletes posts, accounts, or followers after delivery.

  • Refunds are not applicable if services from multiple providers were purchased simultaneously and caused conflicts.

  • Refunds will not be issued if delays were clearly stated before purchase.

Compensation for Drops: If there is a drop in services (followers, likes, views), Insta Boost Hub may provide a refill or replacement within 30 days of purchase, provided the drop is verified and no other provider was used.

Partial Orders: If an order is only partially delivered, a partial refund may be issued at Insta Boost Hub’s discretion.

Non-Delivery: If the service is not delivered within the stated timeline, the Consumer must notify support within 3 business days of purchase. Otherwise, the order will be considered fulfilled.

Not-As-Described: Claims must be submitted within 7 days with proof that the service did not match its description. Personal expectations or misunderstandings do not qualify for refunds.

ARTICLE 10 – CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of digital services, once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1. In the event of disputes, records from Insta Boost Hub systems (including electronic records and emails) will be considered valid evidence.
11.2. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Consumer’s or Seller’s jurisdiction shall have authority in line with applicable law.
